Job Description:
Commercial Marketing & Sales Director
- Remote/Home based with occasional UK travel when required
- National company in the care/charity sector
- Salary up to £65,000 plus benefits including 28 days annual leave

A growing national charity is looking for a Commercial Director to join its leadership team in 2025. This key role will involve utilising marketing and sales experience along with strategy knowledge to deliver growth and entry into new markets. Duties will include:
- Driving the mission and strategy for organisational and revenue growth
- Delivering measurable results across revenue generation
- Implementing long term growth strategy with marketing/business plans
- Oversee customer retention and tendering
- Explore new markets and products
- Utilise market research and data insights where possible
- Build and lead commercial team
- Influence and build relationships with external sources and stakeholders
To be considered suitable you will need the following skills and experience:
- Strong commercial background - proven experience in delivering growth and winning contracts
- Experience with targeted marketing, new business development and client retention
- Strong communication skills coupled with influencing and managing stakeholders
- Experience in diversifying into new markets and revenue streams
- Previous experience in a lead generating environment
