Join our market-leading client as a Customer Service Executive!
We are currently working with an established company in the centre of Salisbury, who are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Working in a fast-paced environment, where positive customer experiences are key
*Engaging with clients and delivering high-quality service
*Guiding clients through a range of queries through to resolution
*Providing ongoing support to clients with more complex queries and proposing solutions
*Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy
*Providing accurate information regarding products and services
*Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through efficient data entry
*Developing and maintaining strong working relationships
*Liaising with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently
Qualifications:
*Strong customer service experience gained in a commercial or office-based environment
*Experience of working in a contact centre or call centre desirable
*The ability to work in a high-volume customer service environment
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Strong data entry skills
