Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Managing and planning the execution and completion of audits reporting to the senior leadership team.
*Managing a team of Managers and Auditors.
*Develop strong client relationships with regular attendance at client meetings.
*Completion of own compliance work including running sizable audit client portfolio.
*Review of budgets and projections prepared by staff.
*Liaise with financial institutions such as Banks, Factoring Companies, etc.
*Ensure quality of work and all practice procedures conform with regulations and LB protocols and methodology.
*Play a key role in the training of staff and maintaining a high technical level.
*Attend external events and represent the business in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
*Delegating and supervising team members on all financial related assignments.
*Delivering results and meeting client/Partner/Manager expectations.
*·Experience in mentoring and training staff.
*·Excellent organisational and time management.
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
