In this engaging role, you’ll be at the forefront of building and nurturing relationships with key clients and stakeholders within Higher Education and Further Education. Your mission will be to drive our client’s expansion efforts by identifying new business opportunities, establishing productive partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll have the chance to showcase your consultative selling skills and strategic thinking, all while contributing to the educational journeys of students around the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and manage a robust pipeline of potential clients across the UK and Ireland, leveraging your sales expertise to achieve ambitious targets.
*Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at enterprise-level institutions, including Vice Chancellors, Chief Information Officers (CIOs), and Heads of Student Experience.
*Forge strong relationships with educational institutions, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their unique needs.
*Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our educational offerings.
*Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to refine strategies and tailor offerings that meet client expectations.
*Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve, ensuring your approach is innovative and effective.
*Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on sales performance and opportunities for growth.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within the education sector.
*5+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role.
*Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, particularly C-Suite.
*Experience in building and managing relationships while demonstrating a consultative sales approach.
*Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.
*A self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
*Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact.
