Job Description:
As a well-established manufacturing business who are market leaders in flooring adhesives in the UK and market challengers in Europe, we are experiencing growth and adding to our team in the Netherlands. This Technical Sales / Distribution Manager role is ideally suited to flooring contractors, representatives or project managers looking to make a move into a Sales / Technical position in Southern Holland.
 
BASIC SALARY: Up to €65,000pa (including 8% vakantiegeld) - €4,000- €5,000 per month (Excluding vakantiegeld)

PERSON SPECIFICATION: Technical Advisor / Adhesives / Industrial Consumable
 
You will be a natural account manager who demonstrates passion and commitment and inspires the same in others, you are looking for a role that champions technical sales and gives you the autonomy and freedom to manage your territory and your customers your way.
 
In addition, you will be:
· Knowledgeable in the Flooring installation world, ideally with knowledge of sub-floors and other installation challenges
· Able to clearly communicate at all levels, with fluency in both Dutch and English
· A highly motivated self-starter, able to see things commercially and prioritise workload as a result
· In possession of a full NL driving license and a passport to enable travel to the UK (occasionally), and wider Europe as required

A more detailed brief will be made available to those who are shortlisted but as part of the Sales team, you will:
· Work via distributors to create demand for our products by providing site support to end-users and wider industry stakeholders
· Carry out both pro-active and re-active systematic flooring inspections and provide advice in line with company guidelines
· Deliver practical product demonstrations to end users and wider stakeholders, highlighting the features and benefits of products and systems
· Manage your own diary and activity, this is an autonomous role and requires someone used to planning and managing their own time
· Train, support and motivate sales agents/distributors to sell our product range into key end user accounts via product demonstrations, product knowledge and training/demos at the Head Office
