Head of Finance
Location: Crawley RH10 1TN (Hybrid)
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: 20 hours per week (Part-time, Permanent)

About the Role:
An established and impactful charity in the Crawley area is seeking a Head of Finance to play a critical role in managing its financial operations. Working closely with the CEO and Treasurer, and overseeing a Finance Assistant, this part-time role offers an opportunity to make a real difference in the community while enjoying flexible hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
*Oversee annual audit preparations and liaise with auditors.
*Monitor income, expenditure, and cash flow.
*Manage cash deposits and ensure financial compliance.
*Provide financial figures to support grant applications and fundraising efforts.
*Prepare reports and attend bi-monthly finance meetings.
*Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the values of the organization.
Key Requirements:
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Xero.
*Strong organizational and financial management skills.
*Ability to work empathetically and align with the charity’s mission.
