Key Responsibilities
*Managing a diverse portfolio of clients and delivering tailored business services.
*Supervising and mentoring a team of junior staff to foster growth and development.
*Overseeing the preparation of management accounts, statutory accounts, and tax returns.
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering strategic advice and guidance.
*Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements *ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
*Proven experience in managing a client portfolio.
*Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
*Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
*Excellent communication and leadership skills.
