The Role:
We are recruiting for a Finance Recruitment Consultant to manage to full 360 process. We are ideally seeking candidates with knowledge of the South Wales market with a professional services or finance background.
The role will involve business development with cold clients as well as sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates that match your client’s requirements and building positive relationships along the way.
As a Finance Recruitment Consultant, you will:
• Work closely with clients and candidates alike
• Use marketing techniques to develop new business
• Grow existing accounts
• Advertise vacancies
• Candidate engagement: Screen CVs, interview candidates etc
Ideal Candidate:
• Ideally hold a degree with a minimum of one year’s agency recruitment experience
• Knowledge of the South Wales market
• Experience of working in the finance /professional services sector
• Able to hold professional, commercial conversations with clients and candidates
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build relationships
• A true motivation and desire to work in Finance recruitment
• Confident, articulate, ambitious and enthusiastic
• Hungry for success with a target-driven mindset
