Your new company is an NHS trust in Wales.
Your new role
Your new role as a Capital Delivery Manager will require you to oversee construction projects from inception to completion, mainly on projects ranging from £250k - £5m +.
You will manage the design team, ensuring that budgets are adhered to and quality is maintained. This is an initial temporary position for 6 months with a view to going permanent.
What you’ll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need experience of overseeing capital works projects, experience of CDM and contract administration under JCT and NEC forms.
