Job Description:
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Housing Paralegal with a sharp eye for detail, confidence to work both independently and collaboratively, and strong organisational skills to thrive in a dynamic environment. What will be expected from you? *Deliver exceptional client care in managing client matters
*Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
*Manage case files efficiently by meeting deadlines, adhering to precedents, and preparing documents within the case management system
*Meet with clients and assist in completing public funding applications
*Organise, label, and index large document volumes
*Coordinate with local authorities, housing associations, and medical professionals to request and receive necessary documents
*Support in preparing hearing bundles
*Attend internal and client meetings, taking detailed notes as needed
*Perform ad hoc and related tasks as required
