Job Title: Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant

This is a great opportunity to join an award-winning architectural practice who have offices spread across the UK. They are on the lookout for an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to hit the ground running on a range of high-end commercial projects for their team in their new offices in Cardiff.
To be successful in applying for the Part 2 Architectural assistant, you will need your RIBA part 2 qualification with good post qualification experience with a UK practice. The successful candidate will also need good commercial awareness and proficiency with Revit.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
*RIBA Part 1 and Part 2 qualifications completed
*A minimum of 2 years’ experience post part 2 qualification completion within a UK architectural practice
*Experience with Revit is essential
*Experience working on projects within the commercial sector
*Good understanding of design processes
*Working towards ARB registration and RIBA membership
*Live locally to the Cardiff area
