Retail Store Manager - Surrey
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per year

Are you ready to lead a high-performing team in a luxury retail environment? We’re looking for an exceptional Retail Store Manager to oversee our premium store in Surrey. This is a rare opportunity to work with a globally renowned brand, driving store success while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing: Team Leadership & Development:
*Manage and inspire a team of six retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service.
*Provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performance culture.
*Oversee team schedules, holiday planning, and ensure operational efficiency.
Operational Excellence:
*Take ownership of all store operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and professional environment.
*Maintain visual merchandising standards to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
*Oversee inventory management and ensure KPIs are consistently achieved.
Business Growth & Development:
*Drive footfall and brand visibility through local market engagement and strategic initiatives.
*Build strong relationships within the industry and local community to enhance customer engagement.
*Organise and execute promotional events, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and a focus on results.
Key Skills and Experience:
*Proven experience managing a retail team, ideally in luxury or premium goods.
*Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
*Exceptional customer service skills and a results-driven mindset.
*Outstanding communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
*Passion for sport or knowledge of the industry is a plus but not essential.
