An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Care Manager to join a team committed to providing high-quality supported livingl services for adults with complex needs, including autism and learning disabilities. They offer the following: *Competitive salary ranging from £38,000 to £40,000

The Role:
As a Care Manager, you will be able to: *Lead the provision of top-tier care services for individuals with learning disabilities
*Coordinate and manage the care staff and their schedules effectively
*Ensure all health and safety regulations are met with the highest standards
*Craft and maintain personalised care plans for service users
The Candidate:
As a Care Manager we need someone who has: *Must hold an NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care
*Proven leadership experience within the Learning Disabilities sector
*In-depth understanding of care standards and regulations
*Exceptional leadership and communication skills
The Package:
For the Care Manager role we are offering: *Salary between £38,000 and £40,000
*Enrolment in a pension scheme
