What You’ll Be Doing:
*Team Leadership & Motivation: You will lead, inspire, and support your team, ensuring their work is carried out efficiently and to the highest standard, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and excellence.
*Client Portfolio Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, compliant, and efficient services, always striving for client satisfaction.
*Efficient Workflow Management: Allocate and prioritise workloads to ensure all client deliverables and statutory deadlines are met with precision.
*High-Quality Standards: Ensure all work is accurate, timely, and complies with current legislation. You’ll lead by example, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and technical accuracy.
*Business Development: As a key member of the team, you’ll contribute to growing the practice by building new client relationships, promoting their brand and reputation in the local market.
*Communication: Liaise with management, partners, and your team daily to ensure work progress is transparent, efficient, and aligned with the firm’s objectives.
*Training & Development: Mentor and coach your team, conducting appraisals and providing feedback to ensure personal and professional growth. You’ll help them develop into future leaders of the firm.
*Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique business needs and delivering tailored advice and services that exceed their expectations.

*Qualified Accountant: ACA/ACCA/AATqualified or Qualified by experience, with experience managing clients in a practice environment.
