Job Description:
HR Administrator
Salary: £26,000
Hours of Work: Hybrid working with a minimum of four days in the office per week.Roles and Responsibilities *Maintain employee data in the HR Information System, complying with Data Protection Act & GDPR guidelines.
*Compile and maintain digital and electronic employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves.
*Assist with all recruitment processes; including job adverts, candidate communication, and managing the Applicant Tracking System.
*Coordinate the onboarding process, including contract production, referencing, and right-to-work checks.
*Manage the offboarding process, including end-of-employment letters and coordinating leaver tasks.
*Edit and generate standard and relevant HR letters and paperwork.
*Assist with documenting employee compensation and benefits.
*Develop HR administrative processes and procedures.
*Support internal and external inquiries related to the HR department.
*Note-taking during formal disciplinary, grievance, or appeal meetings.
*Oversee HR events and meetings, internal newsletters, and manager-employee communications.
Requirements
*Proven administration experience within an HR/People department.
*Evidence of continued professional development.
*CIPD Level 3
*Proficient in HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other HR systems.
*Understanding of GDPR and employment law.
