We’re looking for an experienced MAC Support Desktop Engineer to join a dynamic IT team and help deliver exceptional support across the organisation.
What You’ll Do: *Be the go-to expert for MAC and Windows desktop support, resolving hardware/software issues.
*Manage and administer JAMF for seamless MAC device management.
*Automate processes in Python and/or PowerShell.
*Deploy software and updates, ensuring optimal system performance.
*Provide third-line support for escalated issues, ensuring fast and effective solutions.
*Empower end-users with training and support on MAC and Windows systems.
What You Bring: *Proven expertise in MAC OS and Windows environments.
*Hands-on experience with JAMF (JAMF 300 certification is a plus).
*Strong troubleshooting and scripting skills.
*Certifications such as Apple Certified Support Professional or JAMF Certified are highly valued.
Please note: This is an initial 12m contract, day rate inside IR35 and hybrid working.
