Position: Account Handler
Location: Maidstone
Salary: Up to £35,000
Overview We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Handler to join our clients team. This role offers the potential for progression and is part of an 8-member team of account handlers. While not necessarily within construction, a willingness to learn this specialism is essential. Experience with Acturis and Cert qualifications would be advantageous.
Responsibilities *Provide a comprehensive insurance service to existing and potential new clients
*Handle quotations for various types of Commercial Insurance
*Place cover, invite and confirm renewals, and manage mid-term adjustments
*Collaborate with Account Executives to meet clients’ needs and contribute to business growth
*Understand and adhere to FCA regulations
Qualifications *Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial insurance
*Desire to learn the specialism of construction insurance
*Experience with Acturis and Cert qualifications (advantageous)
*Understanding of FCA regulations and compliance
Day-to-day *Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days in the Maidstone office
*Effective communication with clients and colleagues
*Efficient use of IT systems for daily tasks
*Planning, organizing, and time management
