Job Description:
A leading firm is currently seeking an ambitious Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join their Corporate Tax Team. The ideal candidate will either be a current Senior Manager looking for a new challenge or a Manager ready to take the next step in their career.
The firm is led by a dynamic and ambitious partner group, demonstrating that rapid career growth is achievable for high performers. With approximately 90 staff, the tax team has experienced substantial growth over the past two years, achieving over 20% growth year-on-year.

Experience Required:
*CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified.
*Significant advisory experience is essential, as the role involves leading on various projects.
*Currently a Senior Manager or Manager seeking career advancement.
Role Overview: The firm is looking for a Senior Tax Manager to collaborate with the existing tax team and partner group, handling a growing amount of advisory work and managing a portfolio of complex Corporate Tax Returns. The role is expected to be a 60:40 split between advisory and compliance work.
Key Responsibilities:
*Working with family-owned businesses, large groups, and multinationals with turnovers up to £1bn.
*Involvement in complex company tax returns compliance and reviewing returns completed by junior team members.
*Assisting with advisory work, including:
*Share schemes (EMI, CSOP, growth shares, etc.)
*International structuring
*Corporate reconstructions (e.g., demergers and MBOs)
*SEIS/EIS advice
*R&D tax relief claims
*Tax due diligence
*Enquiry work
*Collaborating directly with partners on their clients and liaising with other teams to deliver results.
*Coaching and mentoring junior team members.
*Conducting technical research to provide solutions to complex tax issues.
*Promoting the tax team internally and externally, including writing articles and attending networking events.
*Identifying planning opportunities within the current client base.
*Hybrid working arrangement - three days in the office.
