Role: Change specialist - Energy experience essential
Location: Midlands (1 day per week in the office)
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000

As a Regulatory Change Specialist, you will manage industry changes, ensuring processes and systems meet regulatory standards. You’ll collaborate with industry stakeholders, customers and service providers to assess impacts and deliver regulatory updates that drive industry evolution. Responsibilities
*Lead industry and customer engagement, conducting impact assessments and supporting the delivery and evaluation of regulatory changes.
*Build relationships with service providers to maximise value for customers and the industry.
*Offer insights to help customers understand the potential impacts on their businesses.
*Attend industry forums to guide customers through change.
*Work in a liaison position, influencing regulatory developments with delivery teams.
*Ensure regulatory requirements are met through coordination and high-quality delivery.
*Manage the preparation and delivery of information for regulatory changes, ensuring compliance and adherence to deadlines.
Experience
*Experience in Energy essential - Ideally Gas
*A proven track record in customer-facing roles and change management.
*A self-starter mindset with innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
*Able to interpret complex scenarios and effectively communicating them to customers
*Analytical mindset to evaluate change proposals and document requirements
*Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
*Confident and resilient to manage a varying workload
