Job Description:
PSM Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join the Conveyancing Department of a local, well established law firm. The successful individual will need to manage residential conveyancing cases independently, from instruction to post-completion, and be able to work within any of the Offices based in Dover, Deal and Sandwich.
The Role:
*Manage residential conveyancing cases independently, from instruction to post-completion.
*Communicate effectively with clients and third parties via phone, email, and letters in a professional and timely manner.
*Provide expert legal advice to clients.
*Collaborate with Conveyancers and Secretaries to ensure smooth transaction progress.
*Contribute to business development by fostering relationships with third parties and attending networking events.
*Review title registers, client instructions, and related documentation for accuracy and compliance.
*Draft and amend relevant legal documents, ensuring adherence to AML regulations.
*Submit applications to the Land Registry and address requisitions promptly.
Essential Experience
*Solid expertise in UK residential property law and conveyancing processes.
*Proven track record of managing a wide variety of residential conveyancing cases.
Skills:
*Strong organisational skills to effectively manage caseloads.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional client service.
*Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as required.
Salary - dependent upon experience.
Full/Part time hours
