Job Description:
Due to internal promotion, we’re looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join an expanding manufacturing business near Camberley. This position sits within Internal Sales and ensures seamless coordination between various departments in the UK and regional offices in the USA, Brazil and Asia.
The role involves the administration of contracts, pricing strategies, and process improvements, while providing critical support for the sales and customer-facing teams.

The Commercial Operations Coordinator will be:
*Overseeing the daily administration of contracts, including agents and resellers, discount partnerships, frame agreements, and letters of authorisation.
*Responding to pricing requests and analysing product configurations to calculate pricing for each variation,
*Compiling and managing data to facilitate the annual company price review, ensuring timely communication of agreed prices.
*Updating and maintaining systems, such as Syspro and Salesforce, to reflect pricing changes and adjustments.
*Maintaining the accuracy of Salesforce product records and associated data.
*Leading the commercial obsolescence process in collaboration with the engineering team.
*Delivering detailed, accurate, and timely product-related commercial bulletins or internal messages to relevant audiences.
*Providing support for internal projects as needed.
*Enhancing productivity by identifying and eliminating manual tasks through automation and maintaining and optimising existing processes.
We’re looking for an innovative thinker with a strong commitment to problem solving and delivering excellent service to internal and external stakeholders. In this role you’ll need to have experience liaising with customers, and be able to demonstrate clear, effective communication skills when liaising with sales teams and stakeholders.
Experience will be needed in contract administration, analysis, and oversight, to ensure contracts comply with legal and business requirements. Strong numerical and statistical proficiency to calculate margins, discounts, and profitability will be essential, along with good Excel skills. The successful candidate will be skilled in gathering, analysing, and presenting information to technical and commercial teams and senior management and be proficient in CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
