£45k plus bonus

Forward Role are seeking a Paid Media Manager to lead the charge in planning and executing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, in our global Retailer clients’ in-house digital team. If you’re a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise and a passion for driving exceptional results, this may be your opportunity to shine!
As the Paid Media Manager, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of their Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts, building them from the ground up while spearheading other performance channels like display and native advertising. You’ll be instrumental in evolving their paid media strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets across UK and international markets.
Your background of eCommerce customer acquisition and your ability to craft and optimize best-in-class paid media strategies will be pivotal in driving audience growth, maximizing ROI, and maintaining a healthy CAC.
Your day to day:
*Own and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max) and Meta platforms.
*Develop and implement strategies to expand campaigns into international markets.
*Take full accountability for ad spend, revenue, CAC, and CPA/ROAS targets, ensuring optimal ROI within budget.
*Monitor and optimize key account metrics, including keyword bids, budgets, and impression share.
*Build, configure, manage, and optimize campaigns, ad sets, and experiments with a hands-on approach.
*Leverage data-driven insights for keyword, feed, and placement optimization, employing robust testing methodologies (e.g., A/B or multivariate testing).
*Partner with the Marketing Manager and creative team to analyse performance data and guide creative content development for paid channels.
*Work alongside the Ecommerce Executive to implement trade-led offers during key campaign periods.
Your skills & experience:
You’re a driven and detail-oriented professional with:
*Technical expertise in setting up and managing Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts.
*A strong understanding of eCommerce customer acquisition strategies and performance marketing.
*Proven success in international campaign management and optimization.
*A passion for innovation and an ability to identify growth opportunities through strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
*Exceptional analytical skills to measure, refine, and elevate paid media performance.
