Job Description:
We are recruiting for a Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies, award winning business in Tamworth who are looking to recruit Senior Level HR Advisor / HR Business Partner to join their team.
If you are a dynamic HR Professional , qualified to a min of CIPD Level 5 and have previous HR /BP / Advisor experience of working in a fast paced Manufacturing or Engineering Industries we need to hear from you.
We need applicants who have ER and Stakeholder experience to work closely with all business areas ( Teams, Managers & Key Stakeholders) to help build organisation and people capability. Shapes and implements effective people strategies ad activities ( In getting the right people in the right place at the right time ) to help the business deliver it’s strategy.
In addition to the basic salary of £40,000 - £42,000 per annum our client offers a huge catalogue of benefits ( which can be discussed at application stage )
This is an operational role, where you will be a trusted HR Advisor , building credible and influential relationships whilst being able to challenge decisions & behaviours.
Working with the HR Team to ensure a shared and cohesive training and service delivery is consistent and adequate
A ’ Can do ’ attitude , presents solutions, takes a pride in the workplace appearance and standards
