About the Mortgage and Protection Broker Role
As a Mortgage and Protection Broker, you will work closely with clients to provide expert advice on their mortgage and protection needs. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and is driven to succeed.
Mortgage and Protection Broker Key Responsibilities
*Providing comprehensive mortgage and protection advice tailored to clients’ needs.
*Managing a portfolio of leads provided by the company and cultivating strong relationships with clients.
*Handling the entire mortgage application process, from initial consultation to completion, with support from the admin team.
*Staying up to date with industry changes and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.
*Identifying opportunities to cross-sell protection products.
The Mortgage and Protection Broker Package
*Basic Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
*Commission: Uncapped earnings potential, with realistic OTE of £60,000 - £70,000.
*Support: Pre-qualified leads provided, alongside full administrative support.
*Flexibility: Hybrid working model available.
*Benefits: Ongoing training and development, plus a supportive team culture.
Mortgage and Protection Broker Skills and Experience Required
*Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
*Proven track record in mortgage advice and protection sales.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
*Ability to work independently while managing your time effectively.
