Planning Hub Planner (12 month FTC)

The Role:
Working on 12 month contract and providing planning and scheduling services to the SES Water repair and maintenance function, you will work collaboratively with other departments, our direct field teams and our third-party contractors to assist in the resolution of all operational and customer issues. You make decisions, prioritise your own workload and collaborate with teams across the business to schedule repair and maintenance activities with minimal disruption to our customers. You will be the expert in your area and provide specialist support to Network Customer Service Advisors regarding repair and maintenance works and re-instatement works.
You will work as part of a small team within the wider operational team to:
*Plan and schedule repair and maintenance works
*Support functions across the business in resolving their queries
*Respond to customer enquiries relating to Repair and Maintenance function
*Coordinate and communicate with internal service providers and contracted service providers to deliver repair and maintenance works
*Support the operational business in the event of any incident that impacts on customer water supplies, communicating with and advising customers to keep them informed
*Work with the Customer Relations team to support with the resolution of customer complaints
About You:
*You will already be experienced in dealing with customers over the telephone and have worked within a planning and scheduling role previously.
*You can communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in written communications and should be able to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
*You are confident in re-prioritising your own workload and making effective decisions within set processes
*Calm under pressure, you can react to changing business and customer and customer requirements
