Key Responsibilities
*Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion.
*Reviewing work completed by junior team members and providing feedback.
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
*Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting and auditing standards.
*Supporting and mentoring junior staff.
Requirements *ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) or nearing qualification.
*Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
*Strong knowledge of UK accounting and auditing standards.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.
