Compliance Officer - Insurance
London/Hybrid


The Compliance Officer will operate in a Regional Compliance Function offering wide exposure across a number of areas of compliance. 

Duties

*Conduct horizon scanning for new UK and EU regulatory developments.
*Work with local compliance across the region to ensure policies fit local requirements.
*Lead the roll out of new and updated policies and guidelines including training.
*Ensure that new regulatory developments are reported and tracked by local compliance.
*Contribute to horizon scanning internal communication and reporting. 
*Support the maintenance of key Compliance frameworks.
*Build and maintain a strong technical knowledge of relevant UK & EU regulation.
*Support the development and regular review of policies and procedures.
Skills And Experience Required
*2+ years’ experience of working in Compliance role within the insurance industry
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong organisational skills
*Proven track record of navigating regulation within insurance
*Comfortable working in a regional team where a number of stakeholders are based in other countries. 
*Stakeholder engagement experience
