Job Description:
Software Engineer
Location: Hybrid (Travel to London or Winchester office 1-2 times per week)
Salary: Up to £60,000 base + comprehensive benefits

Your Role:
*Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features.
*Write clean, testable, and efficient code.
*Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards.
*Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
What We’re Looking For:
*Strong programming skills in Python, or Java/Go/C# with a willingness to learn Python.
*Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React or Next.js.
*Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS (e.g., Lambda, Step Functions).
*Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools.
*Problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot software issues.
Bonus Skills:
*Experience with serverless architectures or APIs.
