Spanish Teacher *Annual Salary: £145 - £211 per day, depending on experience
*Location: North Cambridgeshire
*Job Type: Temporary (January to June)
We are seeking a Spanish Teacher for a secondary school in North Cambridgeshire. This temporary role is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who is keen on making a difference in the lives of students. The role involves full-time teaching, planning, marking, and participating in parents’ evenings.
Day-to-day of the role: *Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Spanish lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
*Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
*Maintain discipline through well-focused teaching and through positive and productive relationships.
*Participate in departmental meetings, parents’ evenings, and whole school training events.
*Prepare students for qualifications and external examinations.
*Manage resources and teaching materials for the Spanish department.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification recognised in the UK.
*Experience teaching Spanish at secondary school level.
*Strong understanding of the Spanish curriculum and assessment frameworks.
*Excellent organisational and communication skills.
*Ability to engage and inspire students.
*Flexibility to adapt to new situations and challenges.
