Tester - SEPA/Payments - Contract - sought by investment bank based in London - Hybrid
*inside IR35 - umbrella*
Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct thorough testing of payment systems, focusing on SEPA Instant protocols.
*Validate messages and ensure they comply with established standards and protocols.
*Perform integration testing with external systems, including TIPS (TARGET Instant Payment Settlement).
*Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
*Identify, document, and track defects and issues.
*Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues.
*Ensure all testing activities are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
*Strong knowledge of SEPA Instant protocols.
*Domain expertise in OPF payment systems.
*Experience with message validation and message protocols.
*Proven experience in integration testing with external systems, particularly TIPS.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
*Effective communication and teamwork skills.
