Our client, one of the largest global research agencies are now looking for an Associate Director specialising in economic and impact evaluation to join their specialist policy team which cover the area of environment and energy.

At Associate Director level you will be integral to business development and the management of projects across a wide variety of diverse issues within the energy, environment and sustainability space. You will manage and mentor junior members of the team, whilst learning and building on your already existing skill-set and experience.

Your day to day work will be thought-provoking and the work you will be involved in will make a difference to society.
About you:
You will have a strong academic background in social sciences, e.g. economics, economic geography or stats
You will have a PASSION for and understanding of environmental public policy development
Wide and varied experience delivering ECONOMIC and IMPACT evaluation, overseeing complex projects.
You will have designed and delivered evaluation frameworks and evaluation methods
You will have applied economic and quantitative evaluation techniques, such as cost-benefit analysis, data-linking, econometric analysis (panel data models - fixed and random effects), experimental and quasi-experimental impact evaluation methods (RCTs, matching methods).
You will have worked within the area of decarbonisation, fuel poverty, energy efficiency, air pollution, biodiversity depletion and other related areas.
Worked with clients like DEFRA, World Bank and BEIS and other organisations.
Salary & Benefits:

Salary depends on experience and expertise in evaluation, up to £55k++ unique set of attractive benefits
