Administrative All-Rounder *Job Type: Temporary
*Location: Office-based
*Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
We are always on the lookout for versatile and dynamic individuals to join our team as Administrative All-Rounders. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a broad skill set in administrative duties. Whether you’re adept at handling Excel spreadsheets, managing invoices, or building client relationships, we need proactive professionals like you to keep our operations running smoothly.
Day-to-day of the role: *Utilise Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, to manage and organise data effectively.
*Handle invoicing and financial records with accuracy and efficiency.
*Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and goods.
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, enhancing business growth and satisfaction.
*Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise, providing reliable support to both internal and external stakeholders.
*Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support different departments as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
*Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with suppliers and clients.
*Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
*Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.
*Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
