Account Manager - School Development Manager
Location: London
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 + commission
We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our expanding Sales team, offering account management across London.
The Account manager role involves identifying opportunities to drive further improvement in schools through better application and understanding of technology and selling additional IT services to TIO schools and new services to non-TIO schools.
This role will cover London working alongside other London Account Managers and you will report to the Sales Development Manager, you will be expected to travel to schools across the designated area.
The ideal candidate will have good solid experience working within the primary/secondary school’s sector. You can demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the school improvement agenda and have an intuitive understanding of how TIO services can address changing school priorities and needs. You are familiar with the education agenda in this region and are confident discussing this with school leaders.
It is essential you are well organised, with an ability to communicate complex pedagogical and technical concepts clearly as well as having a passion for IT with a strong technical background, be self-motivated and enjoy providing exceptional customer service.
The role is offered on a full-time basis, the successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
In return, we are offering a salary of between £28,000 - £35,000 plus the potential to earn bonus on completion of targets.
