Job Description:
Looking for an experienced Resident Liaison officer to join a leading Property Services Company based in Thurrock.
Offering a competitive salary up to £36,000 + company car, mileage fuel card, and benefits
*You will be working on a Planned maintenance project covering Thurrock.
*Deliver the best quality service, you’ll be responsible for a first-class liaison and administrative support to our project team, liaising with a wide and diverse customer base, in a professional and efficient manner.
*Swiftly resolving and advising residents, you will log all complaints received in accordance with our policy and procures, ensuring agreed targets are delivered within your service area.
Requirements:
*We ask that you have previous experience within a similar role or industry
*Are happy to travel around service area
*Have a full UK driving licence (1 year)
