Job Title: Chemical & Chromatography Sales Specialist - South UK

Location/Territory: South UK, The ideal candidate would live in Cambridgeshire or Oxfordshire

Setup: Field-based (3-4 days/week in the field, 1/2 days admin from home)

Job Type: Permanent

Role Purpose:

This brand-new role has been created to drive growth within their Chemical & Chromatography portfolio in the South of the UK. The successful candidate will collaborate within the sales team to increase market share, provide technical expertise, and develop strategic initiatives to enhance the clients position as a trusted partner in the laboratory sector.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Act as a subject matter expert for the Chemical & Chromatography portfolio in your territory, driving sales and margin growth.
+ Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, attend and exhibit at events, and lead product training sessions for internal teams and clients.
+ Analyse sales data to identify trends, develop growth strategies, and implement targeted solutions.
+ Work collaboratively with the broader sales team to identify leads, strengthen relationships, and secure new business.

We are open to considering candidates with either sales or chemicals/chromatography experience.

Essential Requirements:

+ Strong technical knowledge of chromatography techniques and chemical products.
+ Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships.
+ Excellent organisation and communication skills.
+ A full UK driving license.
+ Preferred Location: Candidates should reside within the territory, ideally near Oxford, Cambridge, or another central location within the South.
