Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated HR Officer for a 3-month fixed-term contract (FTC) role for our global leading client, based in Gloucester. The ideal candidate should have a firm grasp of HR admin practices, with an interest in or exposure to a Human Resources setting.

Description
*Assist with day-to-day operations within HR
*Provide a first point of contact to general employee enquiries.
*Preparation of documentation and data entry of the employee lifecycle, including processing new starters, leavers and contractual changes
*Maintain HR Database
*Raise meeting invite and outcome letters for absence reviews, disciplinaries and grievances
*Notetaking for meetings if required.
*Update Employee Tracker with all relevant information regarding starters and leavers
*Ensure the relevant systems are up to date with employee information and the correct documents, paperwork and policies are being used.
Profile
A successful HR Officer should have:
*A CIPD/degree in Human Resources or related field (desirable, not essential).
*Proven experience as an HR Officer or other HR position.
*Able to handle information sensitively and confidentially.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
