Receptionist-£15ph
Temp ASAP start
Victoria
Mon-Fri-9am-5pm
Hybrid- flexibility required
A leading and established global oil and gas company based in Victoria require an enthusiastic, professional and organised Receptionist to join their small but collaborate London office on a temp ongoing basis this role could go permanent for the right candidate.
The role:
*Front point of contact for all visitors and guests
*Answering and transferring calls-liaising with ground floor Reception
*Organising lunches and breakfast for meetings
*Organising refreshments for guests on arrival
*Calendar and diary management
*Franking post and distributing post on a daily basis
*Arranging courier and taxis
*Managing office stationery and kitchen supplies
*Get involved in orgainsing office socials, birthdays and team drinks
The ideal candidate:
*Previous experience in a similar role desirable
*Excellent client facing and communications skills
*Excellent organisation skills is a must for this role
*Can do attitude and willing to learn new skills
*Enjoy working independently or within a team
