Job Description:
Working for a Kent-based charity, the role of Building Asset Manager will oversee organisational arrangements for essential services within supported accommodation and offices with a focus on building safety.
You will manage performance and risk ensuring strong and effective partnerships particularly in relation to approved contractors and suppliers whilst contributing to the organisation’s asset management strategy, and ensure sites are safe, secure, and welcoming for users.
Managing the Maintenance Manager, you will ensure an efficient high quality maintenance service is provided and work independently to co-ordinate multiple projects concurrently. There will be a requirement to ensure the organisation operates within all regulatory requirement, developing quality assurance structures and systems and identify opportunities for improvement and present accurate and timely reports to the senior management team.
The role is being offered on a 6-month fixed term basis and salary will commensurate with experience.
PLEASE NOTE: It is essential you hold a full, clean UK driving licence and have access to own vehicle for this role.
