We are looking for an IT Project Manager with experience delivering into the public sector for our client in Gloucester. Intial 6 month contract paying up £350 per day with 2 days on site per week.

What will you be doing?
*Lead a variety of projects across the organisation, ranging from small tactical initiatives to large-scale strategic programmes.
*Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and initiation through to execution and closure.
*Develop comprehensive project plans, setting clear timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.
*Oversee project budgets, ensuring spending aligns with approved financial plans.
*Allocate resources efficiently, balancing project demands with team capacity.


What were looking for;
*Demonstrated experience managing IT projects end-to-end, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
*Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.
*Understanding of IT systems, software development processes, or infrastructure projects.
*Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, MS Project, or Trello.
*History of leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
*Strong people management skills, including mentoring and motivating team members.
