Role Overview
This 10 month placement opportunity will give current students within their second year of study, an opportunity to gain industry knowledge, particularly within the learning and development area of HR, and how we achieve this online.
The successful individual will have access in learning how content can be created and delivered and will also work with our AI tools to help further build out bite-sized learning experiences.
Role Responsibilities
The successful individual will work closely with the Americas region and also local EMEA colleagues in implementing and building out new/current learning and development modules company wide. This person will assist in the administration and management of the Learning Management System (LMS), supporting content maintenance, reporting needs, and technical support. This is an exciting opportunity for someone currently within their HR degree wanting to gain further insights to HR for a broader scope.
Experience / Competences
Essential
*Candidates have to be in their penultimate year of studies, with a graduation date of 2027.
*Driven, focused, and committed to the opportunity.
*Have an interest in the HR field.
*Studying a relevant degree.
*A passion for working with people.
*A willingness to learn around the learning & development space.
*Prior exposure to the Microsoft Office suits (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word).
*Possesses excellent communication skills and has the ability to work with a diverse global team.
*An eye for attention to detail.
