Job Title: Branch Development Manager
Location: Various Locations
Salary: £26k-28k basic (dependant on location)

Role:
*Implement and maintain product profiles, positioning and merchandising
*Marketing campaigns including new product introductions and other promotions
*Develop a rapport and maintain a relationship with key accounts and stakeholders within existing client relationships
*Effectively prospect, using optimisation tools such as LinkedIn and SalesNav, regarding marketing campaigns and promotion of in-branch activity
*Increase awareness and understanding of product and commercial value proposition through in-branch training and use of e-tools
*Anticipate new business by keeping on top of industry trends and conducting market research to identify new opportunities
*Support senior sales team members on key account specific assignments
*This role grants real autonomy - you’ll manage your own diary with self-discipline, and there are many pathways through which you’re able to progress
Requirements:
*Ideally, educated to degree level
*Full UK Driving License is required
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
*Confident engaging with individual of all levels of seniority
*Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
*Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
*IT Literate
*Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
