The Role My client is seeking an ambitious and motivated Trainee Property Receivership Administrator to join their dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate looking to develop a career in insolvency and property receivership within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities *Assisting in the management of property receivership cases, including liaising with stakeholders such as lenders, borrowers, agents, and legal representatives.
*Reviewing financial and legal documentation relevant to property receivership.
*Monitoring the sale process of properties under receivership, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
*Maintaining case files and updating systems with accurate information.
*Preparing reports and documentation for internal and external use.
*Supporting senior team members in the overall management of cases.
About You The ideal candidate will have the following:
*A degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, finance, business, or similar).
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
*A keen interest in property and insolvency sectors.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
*The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
