Job Description:
Position: Mechanical Assembler
Contract Type: Temporary for 3 months
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8am - 4.15pm
Salary: £12.50 - £17.50 Per Hour DOE
Adecco are recruiting for an exciting opportunity based in Andover. Our client, a leading organisation in the engineering industry, is seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join their dynamic team in a temporary role for 3 months.
Key Responsibilities:
*Assemble products and sub-assemblies from kits of parts
*Follow build notes, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings
*Test all units prior to packing
*Utilise various soldering techniques and workshop practises
*Meet deadlines and follow instructions
Candidate Requirements:
*Proven experience in assembling and testing technical products
*Proficiency in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings
*Skilled in soldering techniques and workshop practises
*Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
