Internal Recruitment Assistant
Internal role, not within a Recruitment Agency
Bolton - in the heart of Bolton Centre
Salary: £23,000 - 28,000 per annum
Your Role as a Recruitment Assistant
The core responsibilities of this position will be:
*Write and manage standout job adverts to attract top talent.
*Analyse the performance of recruitment channels to maximise success.
*Screen and shortlist candidates, ensuring we find the best match for each role.
*Confidently schedule and conduct interviews, in-person and virtually.
*Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
*Provide candidates with clear and constructive feedback.
*Support in wider HR Administration duties
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who’s organised, proactive, and thrives on teamwork. Ideally, you’ll have:
*Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
*Great organisational and time management abilities.
*Confidence using IT Systems and Microsoft Office tools.
*Experience in administration, HR or recruitment (highly advantageous but not essential).
