Operational Finance Manager

Job Description:
Main Responsibilities:
1. Business process optimization: combine business scenarios at work, assist business departments in standardize business process and institutionalization, ensure the visibility and consistency of business and financial-related data transmission from the internal business system to the core accounting system.
2. Business decision support: gradually establish an operational financial evaluation system for products and sale/marketing solutions, focus on products and solutions with higher benefits; achieve the establishment of a unified resource allocation mechanism with responsibilities, rights, and realizing the effective development of business.
3. Business data Analysis: have an in-depth understanding of business system data sources, where and how has it been generated, mapping relationships, etc., and have the ability to coordinate, extract and analyze cross-system data. Collect the data analysis requirements of the front-end business, analyze the rationality of the requirements, and apply the data model to daily business analysis.
4. Operational risk management and control: be familiar with accounting standards and taxation regulations, ensure relevant regulatory policies and requirements can be implemented in compliance. Oversee the profitability of products and sales/marketing solutions, prompt risks in a timely manner, well planned forecast and improve business decision-making.
5. Taxation tasks of newly expanded region (including but not limited to tax number application, tax planning, etc.), local financial compliance report support;
6. Manage operating income and cost; Transfer pricing within the operating area; Tasks related to accounting, budgeting, etc.;
7. Other tasks assigned by the Finance Department.
Requirements:
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in finance or accounting;
*In depth knowledge in taxations is preferred;
*Familiar with the business processes of the telecom industry will be a plus;
*Excellent Excel and analytical skills;
*Strong negotiation and communications skills;
*Quick leaner, hard worker, good commercial awareness;
*Fluent in English and Mandarin;
*Have full eligibility to work in the UK with no restrictions.
