Join a highly respected and long-established legal practice with a strong reputation in the region for providing exceptional client service. This is a busy and varied role within their thriving Private Client department, where you will handle a broad range of matters, including:
*Estate and Care Fees Planning
*Wills and Will Writing
*Lasting Powers of Attorney
*Court of Protection
*Trusts and Trust Administration
*Probate and Administration of Estates
*Inheritance Tax Planning and Investments
*Deputyship
Candidates undertaking STEP qualifications will be supported and encouraged, with career development at the heart of the firm’s ethos.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have:
*A solid track record in private client work, particularly in wills, trusts, estates, and tax issues.
*The ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
*Strong organisational skills to meet deadlines and prioritise effectively.
*Excellent client care and communication skills.
*A professional demeanour and technical competence.
