What role will you play?

As a Process Coordinator, you will support the Operating Partner Program within our Real Assets business. You will work with deal teams and functional teams across all regions to coordinate the onboarding and renewal of Operating Partners, maintain accurate data, and produce detailed reports and analysis for senior stakeholders.

*Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage high workloads and conflicting priorities effectively
*Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with running complex processes efficiently, balancing multiple stakeholders within a fast-paced environment
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and processes, including regional differences
*Resourceful, capable of working independently as well as within a team, with a problem-solving mindset and a knack for identifying improvement opportunities
*Advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint (experience with other Microsoft 365 apps such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Project is highly advantageous), and 3+ years’ experience in a process coordination role or similar
