Job Description
We’re recruiting for aTeam Assistantto join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary. Providing administration and diary support to Private Credit Teams, with additional support for the senior team members. This role will liaise across Private Credit teams/Real Assets platform, including our external partners.
What you’ll be doing: *Proactively managing the Real Estate Debt, Portfolio Management, and the wider Private Credit Team, initiating and scheduling meetings, both internally and externally
*Preparing and providing relevant papers and briefing information for all meetings as required
*Handling all incoming and outgoing correspondence Including prioritising, copying, scanning and distributing papers as appropriate. Ability to draft correspondence to a high standard and deal with enquiries to best of knowledge
*Assisting with internal system updates and approvals to maintain up-to-date expenses, invoices, holiday sign-off, business gift declarations, Continuing Professional Development (CPD), corporate hospitality forms and raising IT support requests, ensuring there is an audit trail for all items requested
*Being an ambassador and point of contact for teams, supported both internally and externally, requiring high levels of responsibility and accountability for all tasks
*Arranging travel, car hire and accommodation as appropriate for business trips, conferences and site visits
*Supporting team on third party systems to ensure documentation and properties remain up to date across the Institutional Funds
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for: *Experience as a Team Assistant or administrative role ideally within a financial services or property industry
*Working knowledge of Microsoft office packages
*Good organisation skills
*Attention to detail
