Join an award winning, leading Build-to-Rent operator as their Facilities Manager, overseeing multiple sites. The role is based in Milton Keynes.

Overview:
*Job Title: Facilities Manager - Multi Site
*Sector: Build-to-Rent
*Location: Milton Keynes
*Salary: Up to £60,000
The role:
The Facilities Manager will be based across two Build to Rent developments in Milton Keynes. The Facilities Manager oversees and performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the building, apartments, grounds, amenities and common areas meet standards.

Responsibilities of the Facilities Manager include:
*Manage a team of Maintenance professionals.
*Oversee and perform technical and mechanical work.
*Carry out building inspections.
*Supervise maintenance and repairs.
*Ensure health & safety and compliance requirements are met.
The person:
*Prior experience as a Facilities Manager within residential property.
*Comprehensive understanding of building maintenance and H&S compliance.
*IOSH/NEBOSH desirable.
