Job Description:
We are working in partnership with a Local Authority to appoint an experienced HR Advisor to join their esteemed team.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to delve into stimulating projects while benefiting from the flexibility of a 6-9 month contract!
As an HR Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in recruitment and retention, fostering workforce development, and aiding in structural changes. Your expertise and dedication will be instrumental in shaping the organisation’s future and positively impacting the lives of the people it serves.
Responsibilities:
*Lead a restructure project spanning over 6 months.
*Manage teams comprised of employees from different employers with varying terms and conditions, policies, and governance processes, ensuring alignment and adherence to ACAS processes.
*Collaborate closely with a Director, providing a higher level of input than typical for a change project.
*Utilise initiative to develop options and solutions, potentially in collaboration with other managers.
